Everything a person can do on frwrd.to, an agent can do too, through the same rules:

• MCP at api.frwrd.to/mcp, with the workspace key as the bearer.
• REST at api.frwrd.to/v1, described by an OpenAPI document.
• CLI: frwrd link create, frwrd page push, frwrd page stats.

Every page answers as Markdown at its .md address, and every workspace has an llms.txt listing its pages.
